Funnel Cake Crave!

Directions

   1st add all your wet ingredients in a bowl ,milk,egg,vanilla,butter.

   Add dry ingredients in another bowl , flour,sugar,salt & baking soda.

   Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and beat or blend until smooth.

   Before heating oil , make your sauce!

   In a pot add sliced strawberries and cook in medium heat.

   Add lemon juice and sugar to your liking and stur until you get a sauce.

   Add water if you want a lighter sauce.

   Heat your oil in a deep frying pan ,test if ready by adding a drip of batter into the oil.

   When your oil is ready, add a cup if batter un a funnel or icing bag a swirl the batter quickly in different directions until you achieve your cake form.

    When your cake is ready you can add icing sugar , a spoon or two of icecream with a drizzle if strawberry sauce!
