- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 12 cups whole milk
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cooking oil
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Combine eggs and milk.

2Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and add to egg mix and beat til smooth.

3if too thick add milk-if too thin add flour.

4Heat oil to about 360 degrees.

5pour 1/2 cup of the batter into a funnel and drizzle into the oil.

6Form a circle with your drizzles.

7Fry until golden brown.

8flip and fry the other side just a bit.

9drain on paper towen and top with powdered sugar to your liking.
