  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • oil for frying

Directions

    Mix ingredients together.

    Pour part of batter into a funnel and let it drip into hot oil (375°).

    Make all kinds of shapes and fry until golden brown, then turn.

    Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
