- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- powdered sugar
- cinnamon powder (optional)
Directions

1Heat 2-inches deep of oil in skillet.

2Heat oil until hot, but not smoking.

3Take batter, pour it through funnel into hot oil, moving in a circular motion, then crisscross until you've made a cake the size of a plate or smaller.

4When lightly browned, remove and drain on paper towels.

5Dredge or sprinkle in powdered sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

6Best when eaten warm.
