- 1 pkg. (2.5 oz.) processed ham
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Chop ham and onion finely.

3Place in a large bowl.

4Add cheese, egg, pepper and mustard.

5Stir to combine. Spray a mini muffin pan with vegetable oil spray.

6Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle.

7Cut rectangle into 24 pieces.

8Place the dough pieces in the mini muffin cups.

9Place a small amount of ham mixture in center of each dough cup.

10Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

11Yields 24 appetizers.
