- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- deep fat
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Beat milk and egg.

2Blend dry ingredients and gradually add milk mixture, beating constantly until batter is smooth.

3Heat deep fat to 375°.

4Holding your finger over bottom of a funnel, having a 3/8-inch to 1/2-inch hole, fill funnel with batter.

5Cook until golden brown.

6Drain on paper towel and then sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
