Spinach Casserole

- 3 bags or boxes chopped frozen spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
- 1 can chopped artichoke hearts
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. nonfat milk
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well.

2(Squeeze spinach if necessary.) Layer artichokes at bottom of casserole.

3Layer spinach on top of artichokes.

4In a separate bowl, soften cream cheese and butter. Add milk and pepper and mix until smooth.

5Pour over spinach. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
