Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 bags or boxes chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 can chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. nonfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    (Squeeze spinach if necessary.) Layer artichokes at bottom of casserole.

    Layer spinach on top of artichokes.

    In a separate bowl, soften cream cheese and butter. Add milk and pepper and mix until smooth.

    Pour over spinach. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
