  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. half and half cream
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 to 1/4 tsp. salt

    In saucepan, bring to boil water and salt.

    Stir in rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
