Galomki - Cabbage Rolls

- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. rice, cooked and cooled
- salt and pepper to taste
- medium head cabbage, parboiled to loosen leaves
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 to 3/4 can water
Directions

1Separate cabbage leaves.

2Mix first 5 ingredients together. Place large spoonful of meat mixture in center of cabbage leaf and roll into a packet.

3Repeat process until meat mixture is gone. Place rolls in a roasting pan.

4Mix tomato soup with 1/2 to 3/4 can of water.

5Pour over rolls.

6Cover pan with lid or foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
