  • 3 cans garbanzo beans
  • 2/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 3 to 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • chopped parsley
  • soy sauce

Directions

    Mix oil, vinegar and garlic.

    Add 4 to 5 drops of soy sauce as desired. Set aside. Drain the beans. Add chopped onion and chopped parsley to taste. Pour dressing over beans. Salt to taste. Chill overnight.
