  • 1 (No. 303) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 1 (4 oz.) can pimentos, chopped
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar or plain
  • 1 (2 oz.) can anchovies
  • 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, saving enough anchovies and eggs for garnish.

    Toss lightly.

    Serve in individual bowls lined with lettuce.
