Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped (unpeeled)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Martha Gooch garden variety rotini
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.

2Cook the rotini and rinse with cool water to chill.

3Add to vegetables. In a small mixing bowl, combine the last 5 ingredients.

4Pour over rotini vegetable mixture.

5Mix well.

6Cover and chill.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings or 2 quarts.
