- 4 yellow potatoes
- 2 Hidden Valley Ranch Garden Green Onion Dip Mix
- 1 cup olive oil butter or gluten free butter
- 1 extra large food storage bag with slider

1Preheat oven to 400.

3Align casserole dish with aluminum foil.

4Wash and peel potatoes leaving a little skin only on the red potatoes.

5Cut potatoes in medium size chunks

6Place potatoes in plastic food storage bag, add melted butter and ranch mix

7Slide to lock and shake well

8Once mixed, empty potatoes in casserole dish.

9Place in the oven.

10Bake 35 - 45 mins depending upon the amount of potatoes you use.
