- 1 c. cooked peas
- 1 c. cooked carrots, cubed
- 1 c. cooked celery, diced
- 1 c. cooked green beans, diced
- 1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 small cooked cauliflower, separated
- 1 c. French dressing
- salt to taste
Directions

1Marinate peas, carrots, celery, green beans and onion in French dressing.

2Chill for 2 hours.

3Separate cauliflower flowerets and marinate separately in French dressing.

4Arrange lettuce on a platter or in individual dishes; pile vegetables on lightly.

5Use separated cauliflower for a border around vegetables.

6Garnish with strips of red and green peppers.
