  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 1 c. cooked carrots, cubed
  • 1 c. cooked celery, diced
  • 1 c. cooked green beans, diced
  • 1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small cooked cauliflower, separated
  • 1 c. French dressing
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Marinate peas, carrots, celery, green beans and onion in French dressing.

    Chill for 2 hours.

    Separate cauliflower flowerets and marinate separately in French dressing.

    Arrange lettuce on a platter or in individual dishes; pile vegetables on lightly.

    Use separated cauliflower for a border around vegetables.

    Garnish with strips of red and green peppers.
