- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 lb swiss chard
- 14 cup vegetable broth, low-sodium
- 12-34 fresh black pepper, ground
- 14 teaspoon kosher salt
- 8 ounces spaghetti, wheat
Directions

1Heat oil on medium heat using a large skillet.

2Add garlic & onions; stir-fry about 2 minutes.

3Add swiss chard, broth, salt and pepper and cook until greens are wilted.

4Stir frequently.

5Remove from heat & set aside.

6Cook spaghetti until al dente.

7Drain.

8Toss all together and serve at once.
