- 3 medium potatoes
- 6 small carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. peas
- 1 c. sweet corn
- 1 c. green beans
- 6 c. water
- 3 c. beef stock cubes
- 3 oz. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Peel and chop potatoes and carrots.

2Peel and slice onion.

3Put the water, stock cubes and tomato paste into the frying pan.

4Do not cover.

5Turn heat to medium-high.

6Stir until cubes dissolve. Add the vegetables, salt and pepper.

7Stir again.

8When the stew starts to boil, put lid on the frying pan and turn temperature down.

9Cook gently for 25 to 30 minutes.
