- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 - 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 dash pepper
Directions

1In a skillet, saute carrots and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.

2Add water, salt, thyme and pepper. Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8-12 minutes or until carrots are tender.
