- 2 c. buttermilk baking mix
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2In a medium sized bowl, combine the baking mix, milk and cheese.

3Stir until just moistened.

4Drop tablespoons of dough 2 to 3-inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.

5Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

6In a small sized bowl, combine the margarine and the garlic powder, then brush it over the warm biscuits and serve.

7Yields 8 to 12 biscuits.
