- 2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic finely minced
- 12 each thyme sprigs
- 1 x salt
- 1 x black pepper
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 450 F.

2Drain the beans and place them in a glass baking dish in a single layer.

3Drizzle with the oil, toss with your fingers to coat.

4Sprinkle evenly with the garlic and place the thyme over evenly.

5Roast for 15 minutes.

6Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7Serve with toothpicks to spear each bean.
