Garlic Mashed Potatoes

- 7 med to large potatoes peeled
- 250 ml full cream milk
- 15 ml garlic salt
- 100 grams butter
Directions

1Cut the potatoes into eighths.

2Put the potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water.

3place the lid on and put on a high heat.

4Bring to boil.

5That should take about 15 minutes.

6Boil the potatoes until soft, that should take about 10 minutes.

7Test with a fork.

8Strain the potatoes.

9Preheat the milk and garlic salt in a saucepan until it just starting to boil.

10Add all the milk and garlic salt mix with the potatoes, salt and butter in a pot and mash.

11You can serve it with gravy and your favourite protein, or just have it on its own.
