- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 8 Tbsp. light olive oil
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- chopped parsley for garnish
Directions

1Chop the garlic and saute in the olive oil.

2Do not burn the garlic.

3Add the pinch of red pepper flakes to the olive oil and garlic.

4Pour the olive oil mixture over the cooked spaghetti. Add the cheese and parsley flakes and toss.
