- garlic (small cloves)
- sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Slice pickles into 1/4-inch slices.

2Layer pickles in pint jar to 1 1/2-inch layer.

3Cut garlic over pickles (3 small).

4Sprinkle 5 tablespoons sugar over pickles.

5Continue layers until jar is full.

6Pour vinegar over all.

7Refrigerate.

8Shake jar often. Ready to eat third day.
