Garlic Pork Rice Bowl

  • 100 grams Pork (block)
  • 1 dash of each Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/2 tsp Weipa or chicken soup stock granules
  • 3 to 4 shakes Pepper
  • 1 large clove Grated garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp White sesame seeds
  • 2 bowlfuls Plain cooked rice

    Mix the ingredients together

    Cut the pork into small cubes, and season lightly with salt and pepper.

    Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork until browned on the surface.

    Lower the heat and add the combined sauce ingredients to the pan, and stir-fry.

    Put the mixture on top of hot rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and it's done.
