  • 600 g sliced radishes
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ice cube
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Preheat the Barbecue to high.

    Wrap the radishes, garlic, Butter, ice and salt and pepper in a double layer or aluminium foil and tightly seal it.

    Place the package of the barbecue for 20 mins, until the radishes are tender.
