  • 2 c. long grain rice
  • 1 can Campbell's beef broth
  • 1 can Campbell's French onion soup
  • 1 stick real butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic juice
  • 2 large cans mushroom pieces
  • 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (spicy, if preferred), browned and drained

Directions

    Cook rice with 2 cans of soup.

    Mix rest of ingredients with rice and soup. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
