- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
Directions

1Cook garlic in butter and oil over medium-low heat just until soft, but not browned.

2Stir in parsley and cook 1 to 2 minutes (stir continuous).

3Spoon over cooked spaghetti.
