- 250 grams Black tiger shrimp
- 30 grams Chopped garlic
- 100 grams Butter (unsalted)
- 20 grams Cake flour
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 10 grams Cilantro
- 1 tbsp White wine
