  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 1 lb. medium to large shrimp in shell
