  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 14-12 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

    In a large pan, saute onions and garlic in butter until tender, about 2-3 minutes.
