- 3 2/3 cups bread flour
- Two 1/4 oz (7g) envelopes instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups tepid water
- 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for the bowl
Directions

1Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.

2Make a well in the center, add the water and oil, and stir to make a soft dough.

3Knead on a lightly floured work surface about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

4Roll the dough into a ball.

5Place in a lightly oiled bowl and turn to coat the dough.

6Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

7Let stand in a warm place until doubled in size.
