  • Two 1/4 oz (7g) envelopes instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups tepid water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for the bowl

    Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.

    Make a well in the center, add the water and oil, and stir to make a soft dough.

    Knead on a lightly floured work surface about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
