- 1lb scallops
- 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 small red chili pepper, seeded & finely chopped
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP rice wine (Mirin)
- 2 TBSP vegetable oil
- 3 TBSP water
- 1cup mizuna
Directions

1Place scallops in shallow non-metal bowl.

2Combine garlic, 5 spice powder, ginger, chili pepper, soy sauce & mirin and pour over scallops.

3Cover a Saran Wrap & refrigerate 30 mins.

4Drain scallops, reserving marinade.

5Preheat grill a oil.

6Grill 2-3 mins each side.

7Remove.
-
8Add water to reserve marinade & boil 1 min.

9Drizzle a marinade.

10Serve a mizuna.
