- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 12 ounces chicken breast halves boned and skinless
- 8 green onions
- 1 1/2 cups rice or couscous
Directions

1Combine: soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, coriander and red pepper.

2Set aside.

3Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks and add to soy sauce mixture.

4Toss lightly to coat, set aside.

5Cook rice or couscous according to package directions.

6Cut onions into 1 1/2 inch pieces.

7Spray cold wok or skillet with nonstick spray.

8Preheat wok or skillet over high heat.

9Add undrained chicken mixture to hot wok/skillet.

10Stir fry for 2 minutes, add onions.

11Continue to stir fry chicken and onions for 2 to 3 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink and onions are tender.
