- 8 cup Torn bread chunks
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 bunch Thyme
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2It's pretty important that your bread is torn.

3I usually cut my loaf into strips, then tear off chunks.

4The torn edges will crisp up and make for a much better texture than a sliced edge.

6Crush garlic.

7Remove thyme from stem and chop well.

8Combine bread chunks, garlic, thyme, and olive oil in a bowl and mix well.

9Squish the bread a little if possible, so it sponges up the oil.

10Season with salt and pepper.

11Spread croutons evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet.

12Bake for 20 minutes, or until croutons are crisp and golden brown.
