- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 pound butter plus one cube
- 1 roasting chicken
- 1 sprig parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste

1Mash 2 cloves of garlic and blend with 1/4 pound butter.
