- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Wrap garlic in aluminum foil and place in a small baking pan.

3Bake in oven for 70 minutes or until soft. Remove from oven.

4When cool enough to handle, unwrap garlic and cut off about 1/4-inch from top (not stem) of bulb.

5With fingers, squeeze out soft garlic.

6Puree in food processor with 1 tablespoon olive oil until smooth.
