- 1 bunch kale (about 4 cups), de-stemmed, chopped and massaged
- 1 tbsp liquid amino acid
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (or one lemon squeezed)
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- black pepper to taste
- Suggested variations to this recipe would be to replace the 1 tbsp of liquid amino acid with 1 tbsp of soy sauce or 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.

11. Place all ingredients (except for kale) into a food processor, adding nutritional yeast last.
