  • 1 bunch kale (about 4 cups), de-stemmed, chopped and massaged
  • 1 tbsp liquid amino acid
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (or one lemon squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • black pepper to taste
  • Suggested variations to this recipe would be to replace the 1 tbsp of liquid amino acid with 1 tbsp of soy sauce or 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.

    1. Place all ingredients (except for kale) into a food processor, adding nutritional yeast last.
