- pinch of rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fill a 3-quart pan half full with water and bring to a boil. Peel potatoes, if desired.

2Put potatoes, garlic and rosemary in water; return to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.

3Drain well, reserving 1/2 cup of cooking liquid.
