Gather Round Pound Cake

   Melt together in double boiler butterscotch morsels, coffee and water.

   Cream butter and sugar.

   Blend in butterscotch mixture.

   Combine flour, soda and salt.

   Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.

   Add eggs, one at a time.

   Beat at medium speed.

   Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350°

   for 55 to 60 minutes.

    Cool 10 minutes before removing.
