- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1 c. V-8 juice
- 2 1/2 c. V-8 juice
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/3 c. wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
Directions

1Put tomato, cucumber, onion, green pepper and 1 cup V-8 juice in blender and puree at high speed.

2Mix pureed vegetables and 2 1/2 cups V-8 juice, olive oil, wine vinegar and Tabasco.

3Chill at least 2 hours.

4Serve topped with croutons.
