Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely chopped, peeled tomatoes or canned, crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp. snipped parsley
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
