  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 tsp. beef bouillon
  • 1 c. finely chopped tomato
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. chives
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Heat tomato juice to boiling. Add bouillon; stir until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill for several hours.
