  • 3 cucumbers, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 to 2 bunches celery, chopped
  • 2 to 3 onions (red best), chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced or powder
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 to 1 c. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. to 1/4 c. sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
