  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 oz.), cooked, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 24 RITZ Low Sodium Crackers

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except crackers until well blended; cover.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
