- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped peeled cucumber
- 1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
- 1/2 c. beef consomme
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
- dash of hot sauce
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in blender; blend thoroughly.
