- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 to 2 onions
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic to taste
- 1 large can V-8 juice
Directions

1Core cabbage and parboil until tender.

2Cut hard top if any off each leaf.

3Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.

4Make rolls out of mixture and roll them in leaves.

5Put them in a big pan and cover with V-8 juice.

6If that doesn't cover it, put in some more. Bake in 350° oven 4 to 5 hours or 250° oven for 8 to 9 hours.
