- 6 quarts Popped Popcorn
- 16 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Karo Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

2First youll need to pop your popcorn, so that you have 6 quarts of popped.

3Spread popcorn in a single layer across multiple baking sheets.

4Mix butter, sugar, Karo syrup and salt in a heavy pan.

5Heat to boiling.

6Allow to continue boiling for 5 minutes.

7Then remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.

8Stir well.

9Pour the caramel mixture over popcorn and stir to coat as evenly as possible.

10Bake in your preheated oven for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
