  • 60 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. oleo or butter, melted
  • 2 small pkg. instant pudding (I like vanilla)
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 qt. softened ice cream (preferably vanilla)
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix first two ingredients together and press in 9 x 13-inch pan (saving some to sprinkle on top).

    Mix pudding and milk, then stir in the ice cream.
  3. 3
    Spread over the crackers and top with Cool Whip.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle with saved crackers and it's ready to eat.

    Keep in the refrigerator.
