  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs or Egg Beaters
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 c. chopped Georgia apples
  • 1 c. chopped Georgia pecans

Directions

    Sift together twice, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until creamy.

    Add oil and vanilla.

    Beat until smooth.

    Add dry ingredients and mix until a stiff dough forms.

    Stir in apples and pecans.
