- 10 oz. medium-size shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 10 oz. sea scallops
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. cream sherry
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 lb. fettuccine, cooked
- 3/4 c. grated Romano and Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten well
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley
Directions

1Saute seafood in butter for 3 to 6 minutes until scallops turn white.

2Add sherry and simmer for about 1 minute.

3Add cream and bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly.

4Add egg, garlic, salt, pepper and a bit of fresh parsley.

5Stir in cheese until smooth. Add cooked fettuccine and toss well.

6Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
