- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 lb. lobster meat
- sandwich bread
Directions

1Melt Velveeta cheese and butter in top of double boiler.

2Add lobster meat and mix well.

3Roll out thin slices of sandwich bread with rolling pin (thin as possible).

4Trim crusts off first. Spread mixture on bread slices and roll.

5Refrigerate or freeze. Brush with melted butter and broil both sides.
